Beef

Thin Sliced Beef Brisket In Soy Based Marinade (차돌육수 불고기)

Ready for pan

Heat the pan on the stove and add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil & salad oil.

Cook for 7 - 8 minutes

Add product in the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Add glass noodles

Enjoy our rich broth with sweet potato glass noodles or mung bean sprout noodles.

Add 1/3 cup of water

Add 1/3 cup of water and keep cooking until the water is completely mixed.


TIP!  To cook it healthier, add mushrooms, Korean chives, and green onions!

Korean Style Marinated Sliced Boneless Beef (Signature 소불고기)

Feta Cheese SsamJang recipe

1 Tbsp Feta Cheese / 2 Tbsp Ssamjang / 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tsp Simple Syrup / 2 Tsp Chopped Scallion

Add some vegetables

Add some fiber such as sliced carrots, onion, green onion and cook for 5 minutes.

Ready for pan

Heat pan with oil, add meat and cook for 5 minutes.

TIP! Make simple fetta cheese SsamJang spread and enjoy bulgogi slider!

Pork

Boneless Pork Belly In Spicy Gochujang Sauce (매콤돼지 삼겹 불고기)

Ready for air fryer

Set the air fryer to 380F.

Cook for 7 minutes

 Add meat and cook for 7 minutes.

If you don't have an air fryer

Heat the pan with oil, add meat with onions and Cook for 7-8 minutes.

Turn over meat

Turn over the meat and cook for 3 more minutes.

TIP1 Enjoy with green leafy Ssam and SsamJang sauce or top it off with green onion salad
TIP2 Make and enjoy bulgogi tacos with tortilla!

Chicken

Spicy Boneless Chicken (매콤 닭불고기)

Separate pans

In separate pans, pre-cook the meat for 3 mins and veggies for 2 minutes.

Move them to the air fryer

Move them to the air fryer and heat them for 7 minutes at 380F.

Why?

The pan locks in the juice and the air fryer gives it a grilled texture.

TIP! Make it cheesy by add in mozzarella cheese on top 1 min before taking it out
